This is a 1949 commercial air mail cover from Airways (India) Ltd., Calcutta, addressed to B.N. Bhose at College Row, Calcutta. It bears a red meter franked with a circular date postmark reading "CALCUTTA 13 III 49" and a slogan cancel "FLY AIRWAYS INDIA" with an airplane motif. The sender's return address is printed at the bottom left.
