Luc Mertens of Beerse, Belgium has perhaps the world’s largest collection of over 5,000 different airline playing cards. He has also catalogued these cards, and owns the patent for this numbering system. Mr. Mertens has been kind enough to permit us to use images of cards from his collection, and his catalogue numbers for playing cards of Indian airlines like Air-India, Indian Airlines, Modiluft and Jet Airways.
